Anastasia is approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes, including one intermission
Anastasia is recommended for ages seven and older. Please be advised that children under the age of four will not be permitted into the theater.

There is no specific dress code. Formal attire is not required.
Anastasia Broadway previews begin March 23, 2017. The official opening is April 24, 2017.
Anastasia will be performed at the Broadhurst Theatre, located at 235 West 44th Street, between 7th and 8th Avenues.
The box office will be open the following days:
- Monday to Saturday from 10 AM – 5 PM
- Sunday from Noon – 6pm

If you purchased tickets between 11/25/2016 – 1/1/2017 and you and your guests cannot attend, you may exchange your tickets for any other performance of Anastasia. To exchange tickets purchased from Telecharge, contact Telecharge Customer Service before 1/31/2017 at 212-239-6210. Please have your order number ready. Tickets purchased at the Broadhurst Theatre box office must be exchanged at the theatre before 1/29/2017. Exchanges will be valued at the original face value of the ticket purchased. If you wish to exchange into a higher priced date or section, you will be required to pay the difference in price.
